Rosemarie has been working in the field of mental health and substance abuse since 2009. She has a Masters Degree in Marriage Family Therapy, and has been a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor since 2010. Rosemarie has been helping individuals and families heal from the devastation of mental health disorders and addiction disorders. She has a passion coupled with her experience and education that has assisted her to be someone who cares, and will fight for the clients.

Rosemarie’s professional career includes working in leadership roles at substance abuse treatment centers, and building her private practice since 2017. She is also an advocate for the people and works closely with the legislative bills in Sacramento to help protect clients rights. And is also working on legislative bills throughout our country.
